    Yes, but unlikely. Reservations are often fully booked at least a week in advance. Ensure your cakes are reserved early for a seamless experience.

    Yes. ALL our products are sugar-free, low carb, and gluten-free. They are perfect for diabetics and those on ketogenic and low carb diet.

  • Is delivery available in my area?
    We deliver in Metro Manila, Rizal (Taytay, Antipolo, and Cainta), Cavite, and in selected areas of Laguna.
  • How much is the delivery fee?
    FREE delivery every Tuesdays and Fridays for orders P2500 and above. Delivery fees, also known as dispatch fees, are based on predetermined rates (computed on the postal codes entered during checkout). 1.) We may give several deliveries to our inhouse riders/inhouse booking (i.e. Lalamove/Grab - as needed) depending on schedules per clustered area. 2.) The dispatch fee (care of buyer) is based on our predetermined matrix of fees (whether for inhouse rider/inhouse booking) based on assumed surcharges, 3rd party app increases, and priority fees for faster dispatch. 3.) No guaranteed time of delivery everyday (most schedule the delivery a day before). The estimated delivery time everyday is from 9 AM to 9 PM. 4.) We require full payment of order and car delivery fee for celebration cakes to confirm.
  • Can I request for a specific delivery time for my orders?
    We can advise our dispatch team to try to accommodate the requested time, but we cannot guarantee that the request can always be fulfilled as we have to follow a delivery route to ensure that all the orders for the day can be delivered. Most of our clients schedule delivery 1 day before.
  • I was not available during the time of delivery, can you re-deliver the cake?
    We or the rider will message or give you a call once he has reached the delivery location. The rider may wait for 15 minutes (maximum). If the order/s were not claimed within 15 minutes, the order/s will be considered cancelled. Payment through COD will also be temporarily suspended in the next order. We can re-deliver the cake/desserts for a fee of PHP150 + delivery fee. Re-delivery can only be done on the same day to maintain the quality of our cakes and desserts. Re-delivery schedule will be subject to the availability of our rider. Please pay delivery fee + re-delivery fee of PHP150 directly to the rider.
  • What is the shelf life of your cakes and desserts?
    All our cakes and desserts are best consumed before 7 days (refrigerated). For cakes with berries, please consume immediately.
  • How do I store my cakes and desserts?
    Always store all cakes and desserts in the refrigerator if not yet to be consumed.
